Madison, Wis., April 8 - Goodpack Ltd. priced S$50 million of 4.7% notes due 2023 at par on Monday, according to a company announcement.
The series 006 notes will be issued under the company's S$600 million multicurrency medium-term note program.
Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. is the dealer for the series 006 notes.
Proceeds will be used for financing general working capital, capital expenditure and corporate requirements and for refinancing borrowings.
Settlement is slated for April 24.
Based in Singapore, Goodpack supplies intermediate bulk containers for bulk packaging.
