Goodman Global seeks loan amendment to allow for dividend payout

New York, Nov. 30 - Goodman Global Inc. is looking to amend its senior credit facility to allow for a new dividend basket that allows for a one-time payment of up to $115 million, according to a market source.

The dividend will be paid from cash on hand and must be paid by Dec. 31.

GE Capital is leading the amendment that was launched to investors late in the Nov. 23 week.

Goodman Global is a Houston-based manufacturer of residential heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
