New Issue: China’s GOME Electrical prices $400 million 5% bonds due 2020 at par

Morgantown, W.Va., March 6 – GOME Electrical Appliances Holding Ltd. priced $400 million of 5% three-year bonds (BB-) at par on Friday, according to a company announcement.

Barclays is the bookrunner and lead manager.

Proceeds will be used for overseas operations and general corporate purposes.

The electrical appliance retailer is based in Beijing.
