Golub Capital plans to sell notes via SMBC Nikko, JPMorgan

Knoxville, Tenn., July 27 – Golub Capital BDC, Inc. is marketing dollar-denominated notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes initially may be redeemed at the greater of a par call and a make-whole call, then feature a par call.

SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt.

The business development company is based in New York.
