Brazil's Gol Linhas Aereas Intelligentes talks $250 million perpetual at 8¾% area

St. Louis, March 27 - Brazilian regional air carrier Gol Linhas Aereas Intelligentes has given guidance on its $250 million offering of perpetual notes (Ba2) of the 8¾% area, according to an informed source.

The offering is expected to price during the middle part of the present week.

Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan are bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

The notes will become callable after five years at par in whole or in part with a minimum $150 million remaining after a partial call.

Proceeds will be used to finance the acquisition of aircraft, equipment and supply materials.

The notes will initially be issued via Gol Finance. Gol and its subsidiary, Gol Transportes Aereos SA, will guarantee the notes.
