New Issue: Brazil's GOL airline sells $200 million 10¾% 10-year notes to yield 11%

Atlanta, Feb. 8 - Brazil's GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes SA priced a $200 million issue of 10¾% notes due Feb. 12, 2023 (/B/B) at 98.506 to yield 11%, a market source said.
BB Securities, BofA Merrill Lynch, Bradesco BBI and Citigroup were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
The notes are callable from Feb. 12, 2018.
GOL is a Sao Paulo-based airline.
