Brazil's GOL plans dollar notes due 2020, could price July 12 week

By Christine Van Dusen

Atlanta, July 12 - Brazil's GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes is planning a dollar-denominated issue of notes due 2020 (//BB-) through subsidiary GOL Finance, according to a company filing.

The target amount of the proposed issue is $200 million to $400 million, according to a Fitch Ratings report.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Itau and BB Securities are the bookrunners for the notes, which could price during the July 12 week.

Proceeds will be used to repay existing debt maturing in the next three years. GOL and subsidiary VRG Linhas Aéreas SA will guarantee the notes, which include a make-whole call.

GOL is an airline based in Sao Paulo.
