Brazil’s GOL Linhas gets authorization to access cash collateral

Olympia, Wash., March 18 – GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes SA received approval from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on Monday to use cash collateral, according to an order.

The order grants adequate protection to the company’s prepetition secured amortizing noteholders.

GOL Linhas is a Sao Paulo-based provider of airline services. The company filed bankruptcy on Jan. 25 under Chapter 11 case number 24-10118.
