DBRS rates Golf Town Canada, Golfsmith notes B (low)

DBRS said it finalized the provisional rating of Golf Town Canada Inc. and Golfsmith International Holdings, Inc.'s senior secured second-lien notes at B (low), with a recovery rating of RR6.

The trend is stable.

The agency also confirmed the issuer rating at B (high) with a stable trend.
