DBRS gives B (low) to Golf Town Canada, Golfsmith notes

DBRS said it finalized the provisional rating of Golf Town Canada Inc. and Golfsmith International Holdings, Inc.'s C$125 million of senior secured second-lien notes due 2018 at B (low) with a recovery rating of RR6.

The issuer rating was confirmed at B (high).

The trend is stable.
