Fitch affirms Alta Wind notes

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed the BBB- rating of Alta Wind 2010 Pass-Through Trust's $579.9 million of pass-through certificates due 2035.

The outlook remains stable.

Fitch said that its rating case contemplates lower energy production and availability combined with higher costs.

In the Fitch rating case, projected debt service coverage ratios generally remain above 1.4 times but fall near the 1.2x level between 2032 and 2034, a period of high amortization, the agency stated.
