Omaha, Aug. 23 - Goldman, Sachs & Co. priced $2.5 billion of 6.25% 10-year senior notes to yield Treasuries plus 167 bps on Thursday, according to an informed source.
The notes (Aa3/AA-) had a price of 99.823 to yield 6.274%.
Goldman Sachs was the bookrunner.
The New York City-based firm provides global investment banking, securities and investment management.
