New York, Nov. 21 - Goldman, Sachs & Co. priced a $250 million add-on to its issue of 6.25% 10-year senior notes at 101.108, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The original $2.5 billion of notes (Aa3/AA-) had a price of 99.823 to yield 6.274%.
Goldman Sachs was the bookrunner.
The New York City-based firm provides global investment banking, securities and investment management.
