New Issue: GS Finance sells $2.26 million market-linked notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 5 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.26 million of 0% market-linked notes due Aug. 5, 2024 tied to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.1825 times the index return. Otherwise, the payout will be par.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. is the underwriter with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as dealer.
