New Issue: GS Finance sells $491,000 autocalls tied to Motif Capital Aging of America

Olympia, Wash., July 5 – GS Finance Corp. priced $491,000 of 0% autocallable notes due July 15, 2024 linked to the Motif Capital Aging of America 7 ER index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of 7.5% if the index closes at or above the call level on any annual call date.

The call level will 102.5% of the initial level on the first call review date, stepping up by 250 basis points on each subsequent call review date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any index gain.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
