New Issue: Goldman prices $9 million callable step-up fixed-rate notes with 3% initial rate

Olympia, Wash., June 13 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $9 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due June 12, 2024, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be 3% initially, stepping up to 3.25% in June 2022, to 3.5% in June 2023 and to 4% in December 2023. Interest is payable semiannually.

The payout at maturity will be par.

The notes will be callable at par quarterly beginning in June 2020.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Incapital LLC are the agents.
