Olympia, Wash., June 13 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $13 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due June 12, 2026, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be 3.25% initially, stepping up to 3.5% in June 2023 and to 4% in June 2025. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par quarterly beginning in September 2020.
