Olympia, Wash., June 13 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $15 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due June 12, 2031, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be 3.5% initially, stepping up to 3.75% in June 2024, to 4% in June 2027 and to 5% in June 2030. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par quarterly beginning in June 2021.
