Olympia, Wash., May 31 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $20 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due Nov. 30, 2022, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon is 3% until Nov. 30, 2021, 3.5% until May 30, 2022 and 4% to maturity. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par quarterly starting Nov. 30.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter.
