New Issue: GS Finance prices $1.14 million autocallable notes on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, March 13 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.14 million of 0% autocallable notes due March 13, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus 7.3% a year if the index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date after one year.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to negative 20%, the payout at maturity will be $1,365 per $1,000 note.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
