New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $10.24 million callable step-up notes with 3.25% initial rate

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 27 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $10.24 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due Feb. 27, 2024, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon is 3.25% initially, stepping up to 3.75% on Feb. 27, 2021, to 4% on Feb. 27, 2022 and to 4.5% on Feb. 27, 2023. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par each Feb. 27, May 27, Aug. 27 and Nov. 27 starting Feb. 27, 2020.
