New Issue: GS Finance sells $324,000 autocallable index-linked notes on S&P, Russell

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 26 – GS Finance Corp. priced $324,000 of 0% autocallable index-linked notes due Dec. 29, 2023 tied to the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus a 9% annualized premium if both indexes close at or above their initial index levels on any annual call observation date after one year.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus 45% if each index closes at or above its initial level.

If either index falls by up to 40%, the payout at maturity will be par.

If either index falls by more than 40%, investors will be exposed to any losses of the worse-performing index.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
