New Issue: Goldman prices $3.43 million five-year buffered notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Dec. 14 – GS Finance Corp. priced $3.43 million of 0% buffered notes due Nov. 30, 2023linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 26% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
