New Issue: Goldman sells $200,000 autocalls on Motif Capital Aging of America

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 5 – GS Finance Corp. priced $200,000 of 0% autocallable notes due Nov. 13, 2025 linked to the Motif Capital Aging of America 7 ER index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of 11% if index closes at or above the call level on any annual call date.

The call level will be 102% of the initial level on the first call review date, stepping up by 200 basis points on each subsequent call review date, up to 112% of the initial level on the final call date, Oct. 29, 2024.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.

If the index falls, the payout will be par.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
