GS Finance to price five-year index-linked notes on S&P 500, the Dow

Knoxville, Tenn., June 21 – GS Finance Corp. plans to price 0% index-linked notes due June 29, 2023 tied to the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The payment at maturity will be par plus 162% of any gain in the lesser performing index. Investors will receive par if the lesser performing index falls by up to 30% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the lesser performing index from its initial level if it finishes below 70% of its initial level.
Goldman Sachs & Co. is the agent.
The notes (Cusip: 40055QHF2) will price June 22 and settle June 29.
