New York, May 31 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $2.44 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due May 31, 2023, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon is 3.25% from May 31, 4.25% from May 31, 2021, 5% from May 31, 2022 and 6% from Nov. 30, 2022.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par each Feb., May, Aug. and Nov. starting May 31, 2019.
