New Issue: GS Finance sells $857,000 digital notes due 2022 on the Dow

Columbus, Ohio, May 30 – GS Finance Corp. priced $857,000 of 0% digital notes due May 27, 2022 linked to the Dow Jones Industrial Average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the index return is at least 85% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,250 per $1,000 principal amount.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline in the index beyond 15%.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.
