New Issue: Goldman prices $1.25 million leveraged buffered notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, April 24 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.25 million of 0% leveraged buffered notes due Oct. 9, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any gain in the fund, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,280 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
