New Issue: Goldman prices $667,000 autocallable underlier notes on iShares EM, EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, April 12 – GS Finance Corp. priced $667,000 of 0% autocallable underlier-linked notes due April 18, 2022 based on the performance of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

After the first year, the notes will be automatically called at par plus a 10.2% annualized call premium if both components close at or above their initial levels on any quarterly call observation date.

If the notes are not called and both components finish at or above their initial levels, the payout at maturity will be $1,408 per $1,000 principal amount.

If both components finish below their initial levels but the return of each component is at least negative 45%, the payout will be par.

If the return of either component is less than negative 45%, the payout will be par plus the return of the lesser performing component, with full exposure to losses.
