GS Finance to price four-year digital notes linked to the Dow

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 20 – GS Finance Corp. plans to price 0% digital notes due Dec. 2, 2021 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be $1,185 to $1,215 per $1,000 principal amount of notes. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.

Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.

The notes will price on Nov. 27.

The Cusip number is 40054LYZ1.
