New Issue: Goldman sells $2 million callable step-up fixed-rate notes with 3.25% initial rate

New York, July 14 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $2 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due June 30, 2032, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The coupon is 3.25% from June 30, 4% from June 30, 2024 and 5% from June 30, 2030.

The payout at maturity will be par.

The notes will be callable at par each March 30, June 30, Sept. 30 and Dec. 30 starting June 30, 2018.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Incapital LLC are the underwriters.
