New Issue: Goldman prices $3.5 million callable step-up notes with 2.25% initial rate
New York, June 8 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $3.5 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due June 9, 2022, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon is 2.25% from June 9, 2.75% from June 9, 2019, 3.5% from June 9, 2021 and 4.25% from Dec. 9, 2021.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par each March 9, June 9, Sept. 9 and Dec. 9 starting June 9, 2018.
