New Issue: GS Finance sells $2.13 million PLUS linked to iShares MSCI EM ET

Morgantown, W.Va., April 28 – GS Finance Corp. priced $2.13 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Oct. 24, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If the final share price is greater than the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 200% of the ETF’s return, subject to a maximum return of 23.4%.

If the final share price is less than the initial share price, investors will be fully exposed to the decline.

Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is acting as dealer.
