New Issue: Goldman prices C$750 million of 2.433% fixed-to-floaters due 2023

Chicago, April 21 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced C$750 million of fixed-to-floating notes due April 26, 2023, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be 2.433% for the first five years. After that, the rate will be CDOR plus 115 basis points. Interest is payable quarterly and cannot be less than zero.
The payout at maturity will be par.
