New Issue: GS Finance sells $10.24 million trigger callable yield notes on indexes

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 21 – GS Finance Corp. priced $10.24 million of 6.4% trigger callable yield notes due Aug. 19, 2019 linked to the least performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

Interest is payable quarterly.

If each index finishes at or above 60% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10. If any index finishes below 60% of its initial level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least-performing index.

The notes are callable at par on any coupon payment date after six months.
