Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 2 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $2.5 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due Jan. 31, 2027, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be 3% initially, stepping up to 3.75% in January 2021, to 4.25% in January 2024 and to 6.25% in January 2026. Interest will be payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable each January, April, July and October beginning January 2019.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Incapital LLC are the agents.
