New York, June 20 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $10.5 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due June 21, 2019, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon is 1.3% from June 21, 2% from Dec. 21, 2017, 3% from June 21, 2018, and 4% from Dec. 21, 2018.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par each March 21, June 21, Sept. 21 and Dec. 21 starting Dec. 21.
