New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $200 million of reopened three-year 2% notes at 99.921

Charlotte, N.C., May 27 – Goldman Sachs Group Inc. priced $200 million of a reopening of 2% notes due 2019 at 99.921, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

On April 25, the company priced $500 million of the notes at 99.722.

Goldman Sachs & Co. is the bookrunner.

The financial services company is based in New York City.
