New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $6 million callable step-up notes with 2.25% initial rate

New York, May 17 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $6 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due May 18, 2026, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The coupon is 2.25% from May 18, 3% from May 18, 2019, 3.5% from May 18, 2021, 5% from May 18, 2023 and 6.5% from May 18, 2025.

The payout at maturity will be par.

The notes will be callable at par each Feb. 18, May 18, Aug. 18 and Nov. 18 starting May 18, 2018.

Goldman Sachs & Co. and Incapital LLC are the underwriters.
