Columbus, Ohio, May 13 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $11 million of callable step-up fixed rate notes due May 16, 2021, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be 2% for the first three years, stepping up to 2.5% in May 2019, to 3% in May 2019, to 3.5% in May 2020 and to 4% in November 2020. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes are callable at par on any quarterly redemption date after one year.
