Goldman plans 25- to 28-month digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, April 26 – GS Finance Corp. plans to price 0% 25- to 28-month digital notes linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If the index finishes at or above 85% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the maximum settlement amount of $1,106 to $1,124 for each $1,000 principal amount. The exact digital return will be set at pricing.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
