New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $11 million callable step-up fixed-rate notes with 1.5% initial rate
New York, March 28 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $11 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due March 30, 2021, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon is 1.5% from March 30, 2.25% from March 30, 2017, 2.75% from March 30, 2018,, 3.5% from March 30, 2019 and 4.5% from March 30, 2020.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par each March 30, June 30, Sept. 30 and Dec. 30 starting March 30, 2017.
