Goldman Sachs plans to price basket-linked notes on indexes, fund

Norfolk, Va., Dec. 14 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. plans to price 0% notes due June 19, 2023 linked to an equally weighted basket of two indexes and a fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, the Dow Jones industrial average and the Euro Stoxx 50 index.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the basket gain, subject to a maximum settlement amount that is expected to be between $1,650 and $1,700 for each $1,000 of notes and a minimum amount of $35.

The exact terms will be set at pricing.

Goldman Sachs & Co. is the agent.

The notes will price on Dec. 14 and settle on Dec. 17.

The Cusip number is 362273AG9.
