New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $3.20 million of index-linked notes on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 24 – The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $3,199,000 of 0% index-linked notes due Nov. 30, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be the greater of the threshold settlement amount of $1,525 and par of $1,000 plus the index return.

If the index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par. Otherwise investors will be fully exposed to losses.
