Goldman Sachs plans to price PLUS notes linked to iShares MSCI EM

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 2 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. plans to price 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Feb. 16, 2017 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 121.4%, or $12.14 per note.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.

The notes (Cusip: 38148X548) will price Nov. 13.
