Goldman Sachs plans to price digital notes linked to iShares MSCI EM

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 9 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. plans to price 0% digital notes linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will mature between 18 and 21 months after pricing.

If the fund finishes at or above 85% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount of $1,103 to $1,121 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
