Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 27 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $18.6 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due Aug. 28, 2020, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate is 2.25% in years one through three, 3% in year four, 4% in the first six months of year five and 5% in the last six months of year five. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
Beginning Feb. 28, 2016, the notes will be callable at par on any quarterly redemption date.
Goldman Sachs & Co. and Incapital LLC are the underwriters.
