New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $13 million callable step-up fixed-rate notes with 3% initial rate

Norfolk, Va., July 30 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $13 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due July 31, 2025, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The coupon is 3% from July 31, 4.5% from July 31, 2020, and 6.5% from July 31, 2023.

The payout at maturity will be par.

The notes will be callable at par each Jan. 31, April 30, July 31 and Oct. 31, starting July 31, 2016.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.
