Tacoma, Wash., April 6 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $4.26 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due April 7, 2020, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate is 2% in years one through three and 3% in years four and five. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par.
Beginning Oct. 7, 2015, the notes will be callable at par on any quarterly redemption date.
Goldman Sachs & Co. and Incapital LLC are the underwriters.
