New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $6 million callable step-up fixed-rate notes with 3% initial rate
New York, Dec. 19 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $6 million of callable step-up fixed-rate notes due Dec. 24, 2024, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon is 3% from Dec. 24, 3.5% from Dec. 24, 2020, 4.25% from Dec. 24, 2021, 5% from Dec. 24, 2022 and 6.5% from Dec. 24, 2023.
The payout at maturity will be par.
The notes will be callable at par each March 24, June 24, Sept. 24 and Dec. 24 starting Dec. 24, 2015.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Incapital LLC are the underwriters.
